We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our Apple One team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of Apple One, our all-in-one subscription service that combines Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, iCloud, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop strategies, and deliver exceptional user experiences that delight our customers and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Apple One, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and content, to develop and implement product features and enhancements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer pain points, and use insights to inform product decisions and strategies.
Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, to effectively communicate product requirements to stakeholders and development teams.
Define and track key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize product performance and inform future development priorities.
Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing and PR teams to drive awareness and adoption of Apple One.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and actively contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. An MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in developing consumer-facing digital products and services.
Proven track record of successfully managing products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working with UX/UI design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing initiatives.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and present complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Passion for Apple's products and services, with a deep understanding of the Apple brand and customer base.
