Job Overview:
Facebook is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our WhatsApp Business team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of innovative solutions to help businesses around the world connect with their customers through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating user-centric products that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for WhatsApp Business, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in WhatsApp Business offerings
- Develop and prioritize product requirements, write user stories, and create detailed product specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to guide the development and launch of new features and enhancements for WhatsApp Business
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive growth
- Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership, fostering alignment and support for product initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on messaging, business solutions, or e-commerce platforms
- Strong knowledge of product development processes, user-centered design principles, and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
