We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Contract Social Marketing Manager to join our Apple Music team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies to promote Apple Music, grow brand awareness, and engage with our global audience.
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns for Apple Music, aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other emerging platforms, tailored to the unique voice and audience of each channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and PR, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, using data-driven insights to optimize content, engagement, and reach.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing, and actively contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and other key partners, fostering collaborations and partnerships that amplify the Apple Music brand and drive growth.
- Coordinate and execute social media coverage for live events, product launches, and other brand initiatives, ensuring real-time engagement with our audience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong background in managing social media channels for a major brand or entertainment property.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, with a deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behaviors.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and present complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Passion for Apple's products and services, with a deep understanding of the Apple brand and customer base.
