Job Overview:
Starbucks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of Starbucks' digital products and experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of Starbucks' digital products and experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to identify and resolve defects and issues
- Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate product features and functionality
- Ensure that defects and issues are tracked, managed, and resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Work with development teams to ensure that defects are properly prioritized and resolved
- Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes and techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on digital product quality
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium and JMeter
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time capacity
