Job Overview:
Shopify is seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of Shopify's products and services by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies. Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product roadmap and vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities and execute on strategies
- Conduct market and user research to identify user needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth
- Work with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, using data-driven insights to optimize product and business performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
- Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a proven track record of driving successful product launches and growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity, with a flexible schedule
