We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, while maintaining the Netflix brand voice and vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and data teams, to develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience insights.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, email, blogs, and the Netflix platform itself.
- Measure and analyze the performance of content marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with our audience and supports our brand positioning.
- Work closely with external partners, such as content creators, influencers, and media outlets, to amplify the reach and impact of our content marketing efforts.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone, and optimized for search and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, audience segmentation, and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for the entertainment industry and a deep understanding of the Netflix brand and user base.
