Job Overview:
Starbucks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our Starbucks Card team on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Starbucks Card, driving growth and engagement of the program through innovative and customer-centric initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy for Starbucks Card, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align priorities and execute on initiatives
- Conduct market and customer research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with Starbucks' broader digital product and business strategies
- Work with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, using data-driven insights to optimize product and business performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
- Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a proven track record of driving successful product launches and growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
