LIFEGUARD SUPERVISOR:
Lifeguard Administrative/Supervisor will manage the staff and the daily operations of the Northridge Swim Club, a private outdoor facility located in Shoreline, WA. Duties include hiring of lifeguards, managing the day-to-day functions of a lifeguard squad, coordinating and scheduling lifeguarding shifts, reviewing and approving timecards, leading training, properly caring for and maintaining supplies and equipment, lifeguarding, and communicating issues to the NRSC Board.
Duties also include updating policy and procedure documents and other tasks as directed by the NSC Pool Board of Directors.
Lifeguard certification needed. Experience in a supervisory role, preferred.
Estimated time commitment:
March-early May: 5-10 hours per week (advertising, hiring, training, and scheduling guards)
mid May-early Sept: 30 hours per week (lifeguarding, training, scheduling, and supervising guards)
