Job Overview:
Starbucks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time Director, Loyalty Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Starbucks' loyalty program, driving customer engagement and loyalty through innovative and customer-centric marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategy for Starbucks' loyalty program, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align priorities and execute on initiatives
- Conduct market and customer research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain the loyalty program roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with Starbucks' broader digital product and business strategies
- Lead the development and execution of loyalty program marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance the loyalty program experience and drive growth
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, using data-driven insights to optimize program and business performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on loyalty marketing
- Strong knowledge of loyalty marketing strategies, tools, and best practices, with a proven track record of driving successful customer engagement and loyalty
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity, with a flexible schedule
