We are seeking a talented and passionate Lead UX Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of Apple's products and services. In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive, user-centered experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences that delight our customers.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design of user-centered experiences for Apple's products and services, from concept to final implementation, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Define and maintain a clear UX vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and technology constraints.
Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including user personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, usability testing, and other design validation activities, leveraging insights to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Establish and promote UX design best practices, guidelines, and standards across the organization, ensuring consistency and coherence across all products and touchpoints.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and growth.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, and actively contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex, user-centered products and services.
Deep understanding of UX design principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Proven experience leading UX design projects and teams, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and present complex design concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Passion for Apple's products and services, with a deep understanding of the Apple brand and customer base.
