Responsibilities
As a cleaning technician you will be responsible for the following:
- Travel to assigned cleaning accounts on time and prepared.
- Clean each site according to account cleaning schedule including but not limited to:
- Clean floors, windows, etc.
- Empty trash and recyclables
- Dust surfaces
- Restock supplies and equipment
- Work independently on site unless another Clean MD employee is assigned.
- Obtain and maintain account keys, cleaning supplies, and equipment needed to clean each site.
- Communicate with technicians and administrative staff.
- Represent Clean MD positively in various settings inside and outside the organization.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable means of transportation
- Organizational skills and time management skills
- Recognition of importance of confidentiality regarding company and client information
- Must be willing to learn Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is not required. We will provide the training you need to succeed!
