We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our Apple One team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of Apple One, our all-in-one subscription service that combines Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, iCloud, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop strategies, and deliver exceptional user experiences that delight our customers and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Apple One, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and content, to develop and implement product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer pain points, and use insights to inform product decisions and strategies.
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, to effectively communicate product requirements to stakeholders and development teams.
- Define and track key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize product performance and inform future development priorities.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing and PR teams to drive awareness and adoption of Apple One.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and actively contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. An MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in developing consumer-facing digital products and services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working with UX/UI design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and present complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Passion for Apple's products and services, with a deep understanding of the Apple brand and customer base.
